Jeff
CEO
Jeff was born in the Bay Area and moved to Chico in 2011, where he fell in love with the downtown, Bidwell Park, and his future wife! For much of his professional career, he has been a social worker–providing individual counseling to children and teenagers. In 2017, he became fascinated with real estate and found a way to combine his long term passion for helping people and his new found interest. He founded Butte Home Buyers Inc. to support homeowners who were looking for a hassle-free sale or in need of a flexible and reliable cash buyer.
Melissa
Operations Manager
Melissa grew up in Calgary Canada, where she discovered her love for science, math, teaching, and the outdoors. In 2011, she moved to Chico and helped develop a new middle school program at a local school. When not working in the classroom, she designs our renovations, develops efficient business processes, and keeps our office operating smoothly.
Maddox
Associate Acquisitions Manager
Maddox grew up in Durham and is the oldest of 9 siblings! You are most likely to find him hiking in Upper Bidwell Park, sipping coffee in Downtown Chico, or training for an adventure race. He also loves snowboarding, surfing, and traveling. His favorite parts of his role include talking to homeowners and helping them find creative solutions to their unique real estate situations.
